About Chris

There are times in life when we can feel completely lost and overwhelmed. We can feel like we don't know where we are or where we're going. While deciding to seek help can be one of the most difficult choices we make, it can also be the most beneficial. It is my goal to help you find where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there.

By using a collaborative, person centered approach, I aim to create an environment that feels safe and free of judgement. I utilize various therapies including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Task Centered Therapy to shape informed, therapeutic approaches specific to your needs.

Life is full of ups and downs, and having a safe, private space to grow is essential. I'm here to create and support that space, so whenever you're ready, we can begin the journey of healing, learning, and growth—together.
