About Jamie
Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of strength. I'm here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space and to support you as you move toward the life you want to build. I believe that therapy begins with trust and safety—foundations that allow us to examine the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and begin practicing new ways of thinking and responding. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship struggles, I use practical, evidence-based tools to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, manage stress, and make meaningful changes.
I offer a grounded, compassionate environment where you can express yourself without pressure or judgment. Using a foundation of CBT and Mindfulness-Based practice, we will work to build skills that support your growth by helping you identify unhelpful thought patterns, regulate your emotions, and develop more balanced perspectives and behaviors.
Therapy is not about being “fixed”—it's about increasing your self-awareness, reconnecting with your values, and taking empowered steps forward. Your voice matters here, and together we will work to strengthen it.
Jamie specializes in treating:
- My specialties include, but are not limited to, Life transitions, Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management.
