I specialize in behavior modification, mood disorders, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, MICA (mental illness and chemical abuse), psychoeducation and anger management. Evidence-based treatment approaches include, yet not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy, and Mindfulness.
My primary goal is to support clients in their quest towards emotional well-being and personal growth. I will work collaboratively with each individual client to identify goals, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience. Through a therapeutic alliance we will work towards achieving your goals and assist you to become the best version of yourself.
